COMMUNIQUE
Suite aux événements sanglants, qui se sont produits récemment à l'université d'IBNO ZOHR d'Agadir, et qui ont eu comme conséquence des dizaines de blessés dans une situation très inquiétante et l’arrestation de cinq étudiants sahraouis, après une attaque de quelques étudiants marocains chauvins et racistes contre des étudiants sahraouis, des démonstrations de protestation et de solidarité, avec les victimes de cette brutale attaque, ont eu lieu dans d'autres universités marocaines et dans les villes du Sahara occidental. Les forces marocaines de sécurité ont opprimé ces protestations en employant la violence excessive ce qui a résulté en des blessés dans une situation très critique. L'étudiant sahraouie, Mlle. Sultana KHAYA, souffre actuellement d'une inaptitude permanente, puisqu'elle a perdu un œil, et d’une fracture au niveau de son nez. Les forces marocaines de sécurité avaient également réprimé les protestations des familles des étudiants, organisés devant la Wilaya d'EL-Ayoune, ayant pour résultat des degrés variables de blessures entre femmes. Le nombre d'arrestations à l'université Alqadi Ayad, à Marrakech, a atteint plus de seize détenus, alors que le nombre des blessés environ seize cas, comprenant des cas sérieusement préoccupants. La situation des étudiants sahraouis, dans les universités marocaines, est préoccupante, embarrassante et risque de se dégrader dangereusement, ce qui exige l'intervention pressante pour:
1. Arrêter les attaques racistes contre des étudiants sahraouis
2. Mettre fin aux arrestations et les poursuites et les violations des maisons par les forces marocaines de sécurité
3. la libération des étudiants détenus
4. Poursuite des responsables de sécurité pour utilisation de la violence excessive contre les étudiants sahraouis.
Dans ce contexte, l'ASVDH déclare :
1- sa condamnation des attaques raciste et les campagnes répressives, qui ont atteint les étudiants sahraouis à l'université d'IBNO ZOHR à Agadir et les attaques répressives suivantes et l'utilisation excessive de la violence contre les étudiants sahraouis dans toutes les universités marocaines, en particulier l'université Alqadi Ayad, Marrakech, et l'université Mohamed V dans Rabat
2- sa solidarité absolue avec les victimes de ces attaques et leurs familles et avec les étudiants arrêtés et réclame leur libération immédiate
3 - Qu'elle prend l'état marocain pour responsable de ce que les étudiants sahraouis endurent dans les universités marocaines
4 - Qu'il en appelle les organismes internationaux des droits de l'homme et tout ceux intéressés par les droits de l'homme à travailler et agir afin de mettre un terme à de tels attaques et protéger les citoyens sahraouis.

Following the bloody events, which occurred recently at the university IBNO ZOHR of Agadir, and which resulted in tens of wounded in a very worrying situation and the arrest of five Sahrawi students, after an attack of some chauvinistic and racist Moroccan students against Sahrawi students, demonstrations of protest and solidarity, with the victims of this brutal attack, took place in other Moroccan universities and the cities of the Western Sahara. The Moroccan security forces oppressed these protests by using excessive violence what resulted in casualties in a very critical situation. The Sahrawi student, Miss. Sultana KHAYA, currently suffers from a permanent inaptitude, since she lost an eye, and from a fracture on the level of her nose. The Moroccan security forces had also repressed the protests of the families of the students, organized in front of the Wilaya of EL-Ayoune, having for result of the variable degrees of wounds between women. The number of arrests at the university Alqadi Ayad, in Marrakech, reached more than sixteen prisoners, whereas the number of wounded about sixteen cases, including seriously alarming cases. The situation of the Sahrawi students, in the Moroccan universities, is alarming, embarrassing and is likely to be degraded dangerously, which requires the pressing intervention to:
1. Stop the racist attacks against Sahrawi students
2. Put an end to the arrests and the pursuing and the violations of the houses by the Moroccan security forces
3. Release of the detained students
4. Pursuing of the officers of the security for use of excessive violence against the Sahrawi students.
In this context, the ASVDH declares:
1 - its condemnation of the racist attacks and the repressive campaigns, which reached the Sahrawi students at the university of IBNO ZOHR in Agadir and the following repressive attacks and the excessive use of violence against the Sahrawi students in all Moroccan universities, in particular the university Alqadi Ayad, Marrakech, and the university Mohamed V in Rabat
2 - Its absolute solidarity with the victims of these attacks and their families and with the arrested students and claims their immediate release
3 - That it takes the Moroccan state for responsible of what the Sahrawi students endure in the Moroccan universities
4 - That it calls the international organizations of the human rights and all those interested in the human rights to work and act in order to put a term to such attacks and to protect the Sahrawi citizens.
