Arrestation d'un citoyen sahraoui
Les autorités marocaine ont arrêté à Daura (40 km au nord d'El Ayoune) le 31 juillet 2007 le citoyen sahraoui Elidrissi Taoubali Buyemaa âgé de 42 ans.Ce citoyen qui travaillait comme ouvrier pour l'agence de Promotion nationale, a été arrêté à 11h par des agents de la gendarmerie et le chef du district de Daura, qui l'ont transféré à la Police Judiciaire de la gendarmerie à El Ayoune où il a été interrogé durant 24 heures et torturé selon un membre de sa famille. Par la suite il a été présenté au procureur du roi auprès du tribunal de première instance à El Ayoune qui a décrété la détention préventive à partir du 1er août à la Prison noire. Le 2 août il a été présenté au tribunal de première instance mais le jugement a été reporté au 7 août sur demande de la défense.Jusqu'à présent le CODESA n'a pas connaissance des motifs qui ont amené les autorités à cette incarcération. The Arrest of a Sahrawi citizen in Dawra, 40 kilometres far from El Aaiun
On July 31, 2007, the Moroccan authorities arrested the Sahrawi citizen, Elidrissi Toubali Boujemaa, aged 42 years old in Dawra, about 40 kilometres north of El Aaiun, Western Sahara.Mr. Elidrissi, who is a simple worker in what is known in the Western Sahara as "the National Promotion", was detained at 11 a.m. by the gendarmerie agents and the chief of Dawra village.Mr. Elidrissi was transferred to the Judicial Police center in El Aaiun where he was interrogated for 24 hours and was tortured according to one of his family members.Then, he was presented to the king prosecutor at the court of first instance in El Aaiun, who ordered that he should be put under preventive custody on August 01, 2007 in the Black Prison.On August 02, 2007, Mr. Elidrissi was presented before the court of first instance, but the trial was delayed to August 07, 2007 in response to the defence plea.Up to the present, the CODESA has no idea concerning the real reasons behind Mr. Elidrissi's detention
