Jugements des détenus politiques sahraouis à El-Ayoune
Septes détenus politiques sahraouis, en prison Noire, Mr. Cheikh BENALLA, Mr. Ghali ZOUGHAM, Mr. Omar BELYAZID, Mr. Abdessalam DAIDA, Mr. Mohamed Salem BAHAHA et Mr. Mouloud Elhajaj, ont comparu, aujourd’hui mardi 15 mai 2007, devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune.
La cour d’appel, a réduit la peine de trois détenus politiques, Mr. Cheikh BENALLA, Mr. Ghali ZOUGHAM, Mr. Omar BELYAZID, qui avaient été jugé en première instance à trois ans, à deux ans. De même, cette même cour a réduit la peine de Mr. Mr. Abdessalam DAIDA, et Mr. Mouloud Elhajaj, qui avaient été jugé en première instance à 3 ans, à deux ans et demie. Enfin, la cour d’appel a réduit la peine du détenu Mr. Mohamed Salem BAHAHA, qui avait été jugé à un an et demi, à un an.
Le procès d’aujourd’hui, a donc traité trois dossiers :
1- premier dossier : Mr. Mohamed Mouloud Elhajaj, Mr. Abdessalam DAIDA et Mr. Mohamed Salem BAHAH
2- deuxième dossier : Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI
3- troisième dossier : Mr. Ghali ZOUGHAM, Mr. Cheikh BENALLAL et Mr. Omar BENELYAZID
Deux observateurs espagnols ont assisté au procès de ces détenus politiques.
Nous rappelons aussi que le secrétaire général de l’ASVDH, Mr. Brahim SABBAR et le membre de son conseil de coordination, Mr. Ahmed SBAI comparaîtrons devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune, le 22 mai 2007.

Judgements of the Sahrawi political prisoners in El-Ayoune
Seven Sahrawi political prisoner, in the Black prison, Mr. Sheik BENALLA, Mr. Ghali ZOUGHAM, Mr. Omar BEN ELYAZID, Mr. Abdessalam DAIDA, Mr. Mohamed Salem BAHAHA and Mr. Mouloud Elhajaj, appeared, today Tuesday May 15, 2007, before the Court of Appeal of El-Ayoune.
The Court of Appeal, reduced the sentences of three political prisoners, Mr. Sheik BENALLA, Mr. Ghali ZOUGHAM, Mr. Omar BEN ELYAZID, who had been condemned in first authority to three years, to two years. In the same way, this same court reduced the sentences of Mr. Mr. Abdessalam DAIDA, and Mr. Mouloud Elhajaj, who had been condemned in first authority tot 3 years, to two years and half. Lastly, the Court of Appeal reduced the sentence of the prisoner Mr. Mohamed Salem BAHAHA, who had been condemned to one year and half, to one year.
The lawsuit of today, thus treated three files:
1 - first file: Mr. Mohamed Mouloud Elhajaj, Mr. Abdessalam DAIDA and Mr. Mohamed Salem BAHAH
2 - second file: Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI
3 - third file: Mr. Ghali ZOUGHAM, Mr. Sheik BENALLAL and Mr. Omar BENELYAZID.
Two Spanish observers attended the lawsuit of these political prisoners.
