Arrestation de Ennaama ASFARI à Smara
Le citoyen sahraoui, résident en France, et défenseur des droits humains, co-président du CORELSO, Mr. ASFARI Ennaama, a été arrêté aujourd’hui vendredi 05 janvier 2007, à Smara, Sahara Occidental, vers 16h GMT, alors qu’il visitait la ville en compagnie de ses beaux-parents.
Mr. ASFARI était en visite familiale au Sahara Occidental, en compagnie de sa Femme et ses beaux-parents. Mr. Avait, auparavant, fait objet de nombreuses intimidations et arrestations lors de ses visites à la région.
Mr. ASFARI est encore détenu au commissariat de la police marocaine à Smara.

Arrest of Ennaama ASFARI in Smara
The Sahrawi citizen, reside in France, and human rights defender, co-president of the CORELSO, Mr. ASFARI Ennaama, was arrested today Friday January 5, 2007, in Smara, Western Sahara, towards 16h GMT, while he was visiting the city in company of his parents-in-law.
Mr. ASFARI was in a family visit to the Western Sahara, accompanied by his Wife and his parents-in-law. Mr. ASFARI, had been object of many intimidations and arrests at the time of his visits to the area. Mr. ASFARI is still detained in the Moroccan police station in Smara.
