Appel pour soutenir le jeune Brahim CHEIKHI
On s'attend à ce que les autorités marocaines poursuivrent le jeune sahraoui Brahim CHEIKHI sur le fait de brûler une voiture. Et toutes les preuves et les témoignages prouvent que Mr. Brahim CHEIKHI n'a aucun lien avec l’incident dont il est accusé. L'ASVDH a des témoignages de citoyens sahraouis de Smara dans lesquels ils affirment que l’accusation marocaine est fausse et que l'adolescent Brahim CHEIKHI n’a pas été à l'endroit où l'incident s'est produit. Plus que cela, l'ASVDH a également reçu le témoignage du père de l'enfant qui a été forcé par la police marocaine à témoigner contre Mr. Brahim CHEIKHI. Ces témoignages sont inclus par les avocats dans le dossier.
Malgré le fait que l'innocence de ce jeune homme est confirmée, cependant, les autorités marocaines sont déterminées à poursuivre le jeune Brahim CHEIKHI sur le fait de brûler une voiture. Et donc nous vous demandons de soutenir ce jeune homme lors de son procès qui se tiendra bientôt.

Appeal to support the young Brahim CHEIKHI
It is expected that the Moroccan authorities prosecute the young Sahrawi Brahim CHEIKHI on charges of burning a car. And all evidences and testimonies prove that Mr. Brahim CHEIKHI has no connection with the incident he accused of. The ASVDH has some testimonies of Sahrawi citizens from Smara in which they assert that the Moroccan accusation is false and that the teenager Brahim CHEIKHI was not in the place where the incident occurred. More than that, the ASVDH also received the testimony of the child's father who was forced by Moroccan police to testify against Mr. Brahim CHEIKHI. These testimonies are included by the lawyers in the case file.
Despite the fact that the innocence of this young man is confirmed, however, the Moroccan authorities are determined to pursue the young Brahim CHEIKHI on charges of burning a car. And therefore we ask you to support this young man during his trial which will be held soon.
