Brahim SABBAR et Ahmed SBAI devant la tour d’El-Ayoune de nouveau
Les deux membres de l’ASVDH, Mr. Brahim SABBAR, secrétaire général, et Mr. Ahmed SBAI, membre du conseil de coordination, détenu à la Prison Noire depuis le 17 juin 2006, comparaîtrons, le lundi 09 juillet 2007, devant la cour de première instance à El-Ayoune pour atteinte aux hommes de la justice lors d’une audience. Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI, Mr. Elhafed TOUBALI, Mr. Ahmed Salem AHMEIDAT et Mr. Mohamed Lehbib ELGASMI comparaîtront également pour la même accusation avec les deux membres de l’ASVDH. Ces accusations reposent sur le fait que les accusés avaient scandé des slogans lors d’une audience.
Nous rappelons que Mr. Brahim SABBAR a été condamné à deux ans de prison lors d’un premier procès en compagnie de Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud HADDI, et d’un an et demi lors d’un deuxième procès en compagnie de Mr. Ahmed SBAI, alors que Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI avait été condamné à un an et demi, et Mr. Elhafed TOUBALI, Mr. Ahmed Salem AHMEIDAT et Mr. Mohamed Lehbib ELGASMI avaient été condamné à trois ans de prison.
De même, la cour d’appel à Rabat, devant laquelle ont comparu les étudiants sahraouis incarcérés à Salé hier lundi 03 juillet 2007, a reporté le procès en appel de ces étudiants au mardi 10 juillet 2007, alors que la cour d’appel à Marrakech, devant laquelle ont comparu, hier lundi 02 juillet 2007, les étudiants sahraouis incarcérés à la prison locale de même ville, a reporté le procès de ces étudiants aux 16 juillet 2007.
En relation avec les étudiants sahraouis détenus arrêtés durant du moi de mai dernier, les étudiants sahraouis arrêté à Agadir ont été libérés aujourd’hui mardi 03 juillet 2007 après avoir purgé leur peine de 3 mois chacun.

The two members of the ASVDH, Mr. Brahim SABBAR, secretary general, and Mr. Ahmed SBAI, member of the council of coordination, imprisoned in the Black Prison since June 17, 2006, will appear, on Monday July 9, 2007, before the court of first authority in El-Ayoune for attack againts the men of justice during an audience. Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI, Mr. Elhafed TOUBALI, Mr. Ahmed Salem AHMEIDAT and Mr. Mohamed Lehbib ELGASMI will also appear for the same charge with the two members of the ASVDH. These charges rest on the fact that the defendants had stressed slogans at the time of an audience.
We point out that Mr. Brahim SABBAR was condemned to two years of prison during a first lawsuit in company of Mr. Ahmed Mahmoud HADDI, and to one year and half during a second lawsuit in company of Mr. Ahmed SBAI, whereas Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI had been condemned to one year and half, and Mr. Elhafed TOUBALI, Mr. Ahmed Salem AHMEIDAT and Mr. Mohamed Lehbib ELGASMI had been condemned to three years of prison.
In the same way, the Court of Appeal in Rabat, before which appeared yesterday Monday July 3, 2007 the Sahrawi students imprisoned in Salé, deferred the lawsuit in call of these students to Tuesday July 10, 2007, whereas the Court of Appeal in Marrakech, before which appeared, yesterday Monday July 2, 2007, the Sahrawi students imprisoned in the local prison of the same city, deferred the lawsuit of these students to July 16, 2007.
In relation to the Sahrawi students arrested during last May, the Sahrawi students arrested in Agadir were released today Tuesday July 3, 2007 after having purged their 3 months sorrow each one. The ASVDH gives its best wishes to those students and reiterates its engagement to fight for the release of all the Sahrawi political prisoners, among them its two members, Mr. Brahim SABBAR et Mr. Ahmed SBAI.
