Comparution des prisonniers politiques sahraouis devant le juge d'instruction près la Cour d'appel d’Agadir
Des prisonniers politiques sahraouis ont comparu, hier mardi 27 mai 2008, devant le juge d'instruction près la Cour d'appel de la ville d'Agadir (sud du Maroc). Il s’agit des prisonniers politiques sahraouis :
Mr. Yahya Mohamed Elhafed Iaazza (42 ans), N° d’écrou: 79119.
Mr. Mohamed SALMI (33 ans), N° d’écrou: 79121.
Mr. Hassan LEFQIR (27 ans), N° d’écrou : 79118.
Mr. Elmojahid MAYARA (32 ans), N° d’écrou: 79422.
Mr. Mahmoud ELBERKAOUI (25 ans) N° d’écrou: 79420.
Mr. Najem BOUBA (26 ans), N° d’écrou : 79423.
Mr. Salama CHARAI (27 ans), N° d’écrou : 79733.
Mr. Omar LEFQIR (21 ans), N° d’écrou : 80177.
Cette comparution vient dans le cadre de l’enquête approfondit sur les accusations portées contre ces prisonniers politiques sahraouis après leur arrestation dans le contexte d'affrontements entre des manifestants sahraouis et la police marocaine dans la ville de Tan- Tan ce qui avait causé la mort d'un élément de la police. Le prisonnier politique sahraoui, Mr. Najem BOUBA, n'a pas été en mesure d'assister à cette séance d’enquête en raison de sa situation de santé alarmante et se trouve à l'hôpital Hassan II à Agadir depuis le 26 mai 2008. Cette séance a été également assisté par un groupe d'éléments de la police marocaine, qui ont été convoqué par le juge d'instruction comme témoins. Ces agents de police ont confirmé n’avoir pas vu Mr. Mohamed Elhfed dans les manifestations qui ont eu lieu dans la ville de Tan-Tan. Aussi, la défense, composée d'avocats du barreau d'Agadir, a participé à cette séance d’enquête avec les prisonniers politiques sahraouis.

Appearance of Saharawi political prisoners before the magistrate at the Court of Appeal of Agadir
The Sahrawi political prisoners have appeared yesterday Tuesday, May 27, 2008, before the magistrate at the Court of Appeal of the city of Agadir (southern Morocco). These Sahrawi political prisoners are:
Mr. Yahya Mohamed Elhafed Iaazza (42 years), Case N°: 79119.
Mr. Mohamed SALMI (33 years), Case N°: 79121.
Mr. Hassan LEFQIR (27 years), Case N°: 79118.
Mr. Elmojahid MAYARA (32 years), Case N°: 79422.
Mr. ELBERKAOUI Mahmoud (25 years) Case N°: 79420.
Mr. Najem BOUBA (26 years), Case N°: 79423.
Mr. CHARAI Salama (27 years), Case N°: 79733.
Mr. LEFQIR Omar (21 years), Case N°: 80177.
This appearance comes as part of the extended investigation on the charges brought against these Sahrawi political prisoners after their arrest in the context of clashes between Sahrawi protesters and the Moroccan police in the town of Tan-Tan what had caused the death of an element of the police. The Sahrawi political prisoner, Mr. Najem BOUBA, was unable to attend this investigation meeting because of his health situation which is alarming and he is in the Hassan II hospital in Agadir since May 26, 2008. This meeting was also attended by a group of elements of the Moroccan police, who have been summoned by the magistrate as witnesses. These police officers have confirmed that they have not seen Mr. Mohamed Elhfed in the demonstrations that took place in the town of Tan-Tan. Also, the defence, composed of lawyers of the Bar of Agadir, participated in this investigation meeting with the Sahrawi political prisoners.
