Nouveau procès à El-Ayoune
Deux détenus politiques sahraouis, Mr. Said Mohamed Lamine LAHNANI (né en 1983) et Mr. Mohamed Elmokhtar ALOUATE (né en 1986), ont comparu, aujourd’hui lundi 24 mars 2008, devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune, qui a reporté le procès au 7 avril 2008. Nous rappelons que ces deux détenus avaient été arrêté à Smara le 1 mars 2008, et traduit devant la cour de première instance, le 10 mars 2008, et avaient été condamné à six mois de prison ferme. Ces deux détenus politiques sahraouis ont été chargé d’agression et blessures, et d’insulte contre un fonctionnaire en service.
Nous rappelons aussi que d’autres procès auront lieu ce moi et le moi prochain. Ainsi, Demain, mardi 25 mars 2008, Mr. Abdallah ELBOUSSATI et Mr. Nafai SAH, comparaîtrons devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune. Ces deux détenus avaient été condamné à un an de prison le 6 février 2008. En outre, Mr. Said ELBAILLAL comparaîtra, le 27 mars 2008, devant la cour d’appel deRabat. Mr. ELBAILLAL avait été condamné à huit mois de prison. Trois autres détenus politiques sahraouis, comparaîtront le 1 avril 2008, devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune. Il s’agit de Mr. Mouloud BRAKOUH, Mr. Hamid BARKOUH et Mr. Khellihenna DLEIMI, qui avaient été condamné à un an de prison. Enfin, Mr. Omar KHNIBILA, Mr. Bachir KHADDA, Mr. Mohamed BACHIRI, Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI et Mr. Hassan DAH, comparaîtront devant la cour de premier degré le 2 avril 2008.

New trial in El-Ayoune
Two Sahrawi political detainees, Mr. Said Mohamed Lamine LAHNANI (born in 1983) and Mr. Mohamed Elmokhtar ALOUATE (born in 1986), appeared today Monday, March 24, 2008, before the Court of Appeal of El-Ayoune, which postponed the trial to April 7, 2008. We recall that these two prisoners had been arrested in Smara on March 1, 2008, and brought before the court of first instance, on March 10, 2008, and had been sentenced to six months in prison. Both Sahrawi political detainees have been charged with assault and injuries, and insult against a public officer on duty.
We recall also that other trials will take place this month and next month. Thus, Tomorrow Tuesday March 25, 2008, Mr. and Mr. Abdallah ELBOUSSATI Nafai SAH, will appear before the Court of Appeal of El-Ayoune. These two prisoners had been sentenced to one year in prison on February 6, 2008. In addition, Mr. Said ELBAILLAL will appear, on March 27, 2008, before the court of Appeal in Rabat. Mr. ELBAILLAL was sentenced to eight months in prison. Three other Saharawi political prisoners will appear on April 1, 2008, before the Court of Appeal of El-Ayoune. It is about Mr. Mouloud BRAKOUH, Mr. Hamid and Mr. BARKOUH Khellihenna DLEIMI, who had been sentenced to one year in prison. Finally, Mr. Omar AKHNIBILA, Mr. Bachir KHADDA, Mr. Mohamed BACHIRI, Mr. Abdessalam LOUMADI and Mr. Hassan DAH will appear before the court of first instance on April 2, 2008.
