Jugements des étudiants sahraouis à Rabat et des détenus politiques à El-Ayoune
Les neuf étudiants sahraouis détenus récemment à Rabat, ont comparu, hier, mardi 12 juin 2007, devant la cour de première instance de Rabat. La cour, après une séance de cinq heures, a condamné ces détenus à huit mois de prison ferme et cinq cent dirhams d’amende. Ces étudiants, qui se trouvent dans une situation de santé très préoccupante suite au mauvais traitement qu’ils ont subit lors de la garde à vue, ont été soutenus, durant ce procès, par des observateurs internationaux, notamment, maître Inès Miranda et maître Ruth, d’Espagne, de même que des avocats sahraouis et d’autres avocats de l’AMDH (Association Marocaine des Droits Humain).
Nous rappelons que ce procès s’est déroulé dans des conditions extraordinaires et sous une forte présence de différents corps de sécurité marocaine. Nous rappelons, aussi, que ces neuf étudiants sont accusé d’attroupement armé et destruction des biens publics.
Et à El-Ayoune, la cour d’appel a décidé de reporter le procès des détenus politiques sahraouis, Mr. Elwali AMIDANE, Mr. Yahdih TARROUZI et Mr. Bachri Benalla, au 26 juin 2007.

Judgements of the Sahrawi students in Rabat and the political prisoners in El-Ayoune
The nine Sahrawi students arrested recently in Rabat, appeared, yesterday, Tuesday June 12, 2007, before the court of first authority. The court, after a five hours meeting, condemned these prisoners to eight month of prison and five hundred dirhams of fine. The Sahrawi students arrested recently in Rabat, appeared, today, Tuesday June 05, 2007, before the court of first authority of Rabat. The court decided to defer the trial to June 12, 2007. These students, whose situation is very alarming, following the ill treatment that they have endured during the police custody, were supprted, during this hearing, by international observers, in particular, Mrs. Inès MIRANDA and Mrs. Ruth, from Spain, just as Sahrawi lawyers and other lawyers of the AMDH (Moroccan Association of the Human Rights).
In El-Ayoune, the court of Appeal decided to postpone the trial if, Mr. Elwali AMIDANE, Mr. Yahdih TARROUZI et Mr. Bachri benalla to June 26th, 2007.
