Jugements des détenus politiques sahraouis à El-Ayoune
Quatre détenus politiques sahraouis, ont comparu, hier mardi 29 mai 2007, devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune. Cette dernière a décidé de maintenir les peines prononcées par la cour de premier degré, contre Mr. Elwali Amidane, Mr. Yahdih ETTAROUZI (photo) et Mr. Bachri TALEB. De même, cette cour a condamné, l’ex-détenu politique sahraoui, Mr. Lamine BADA, à un et demi.
Nous rappelons que la cour du deuxième degré, à Elaayoune, avait prononcé, le mardi 17 avril 2007, de lourdes sentences à l’encontre de Mr. Elwali AMIDANE, et Mr. Bachri BEN TALEB, qui avaient été condamnés à cinq ans de prison, alors que Mr. Yahdih ETAROUZI a été condamné à un an et demi.
Par ailleurs, la répression des forces marocaines de sécurité, continue de s’abattre sur les citoyens sahraouis. Ainsi, les deux jeunes sahraouis, Mr. Mohamed ELAASRI et Mr. Khatari ELBAILLAL, ont été arrêtés, le samedi 26 mai 2007, près du quartier Maatallah, à 20 :00 GMT. Les deux jeunes sahraouis ont été soumis à un interrogatoire musclé dans le centre de la police judicaire. De même, le jeune sahraoui, Mr. Mansour AJDEY, a été enlevé, selon sa famille, et les autorités marocaines nient avoir connaissance sur son sort.
En outre, deux autres jeunes sahraouis, ont été arrêté, le lundi 28 mai 2007, par la police marocaine, et ont été soumis à des interrogatoire musclés, entre 15 :30 et 17 :00 GMT. Il s’agit de Mr. Abeih Ould Sid Ahmed Ould Embarek Elaabed, né en 1989, et Mr. Mohamed Elmebrem BADRI, né en 1989. Un autre jeune sahraoui, Mr. Omar Ben Fel EDAWDI, a fait l’objet d’un acte sauvage, horrible et inhumain, le lundi 28 mai 2007. Ce jeune élève de 17 ans (né en 1990), a été arrêté à 22 :00 GMT et été soumis à des formes horribles de torture physique et psychologique

Jugement of the Sahrawi political prisoners in Appeal, in El-Ayoune
Four political prisoners sahraouis, appeared, yesterday Tuesday May 29, 2007, before the Court of Appeal of El-Ayoune. The latter decided to maintain the same sentences pronounced, by the second degree court of El-Ayoune, Western Sahara, pronounced againts Mr. Elwali AMIDANE, Mr. Yahdih ETAROUZI and Mr. Bachri BEN TALEB, who were condemned to five years of prison, whereas Mr. Lamine BADA was condemned to one year and half.
We point out that the court of the second degree, in El-Ayoune, had pronounced, on Tuesday April 17, 2007, heavy sentences against Mr. Elwali AMIDANE, and Mr. Bachri BEN TALEB, who had been condemned to five years of prison, whereas Mr. Yahdih ETAROUZI was condemned to one year and half.
In addition, the Moroccan forces of security, continue its repression against the Sahrawi citizens. Thus, the two young Sahrwis, Mr. Mohamed ELAASRI and Mr. Khatari ELBAILLAL, were arrested, on Saturday May 26, 2007, close to the Maatallah district, at 20: 00 GMT. The two Sahrawis were subjected to a muscular interrogatory in the center of the judicial police. In the same way, the young Sahrawi, Mr. Mansour AJDEY, was kidnapped, according to his family, and the Moroccan authorities deny to be informed on his fate. Moreover, two other young people sahraouis, were arrested, on Monday May 28, 2007, by the Moroccan police force, and were subjected to muscular interrogatory, between 15: 30 and 17: 00 GMT.
