Nouvelles des étudiants sahraouis à Agadir
Les cinq étudiants sahraouis, détenus récemment à la Cité universitaire d’Agadir et incarcérés à la prison locale d’Inezgane, ont comparu, aujourd’hui, mercredi 30 mai 2007, devant la cour de première instance d’Agadir. Cette dernière les a condamné à deux mois de prison ferme et une amende de 500 dhs.
Nous rappelons que ces étudiants avaient été arrêtés le jeudi 03 mai 2007, incarcérés à la prison locale d’Inezgane, le vendredi 04 mai 2007, souffrent de blessures graves suite aux affrontements qui se sont produits à l’Université IBNO ZOHR à Agadir, et mènent leur grève de la faim illimitée depuis le 08 mai 2007. Ces étudiants sont chargés par la cour pour Agression, Blessure et incitation. Nous rappelons les étudiants sahraouis, ont été assisté par un grand nombre d’avocats.

Update on Sahrawi students in Agadir
The five students sahraouis, arrested recently in the City University of Agadir and imprisoned in the local prison of Inezgane, appeared, today, Thursday May 30, 2007, before the court of first authority of Agadir. The latter condemned those students to two months of prison and a fine of 500 dhs.
We point out that these students had been arrested on Thursday May 3, 2007, imprisoned in the local prison of Inezgane, on Friday May 4, 2007, suffer from serious wounds following the confrontations which occurred at University IBNO ZOHR in Agadir, and carry out their unlimited hunger strike since May 8, 2007. These students are charged by the court for Agression, Wound and Incitation. We point out the students sahraouis, were assisted by a great number of lawyers
