Nouvelles des étudiants sahraouis
Rabat :
Neuf étudiants sahraouis, à Rabat, ont été présenté, aujourd’hui, samedi 19 mai 2007, devant le juge d’instruction au près de la cour de première instance. Ces neuf étudiants sont accusé d’attroupement armé et destruction des biens publics. La cour a décidé de reporté le jugement au mardi 22 mai 2007.

3- Mr. Abdati EDEYA, étudiant en 2ème année droit
4- Mr. Lahoucine EDALAA, étudiant en 2ème année droit
5- Mr. Najem ASGHIR, étudiant en 2ème année droit
6- Mr. Lakhlifa ELJANHAWI (ex-détenu politique sahraoui, en visite à Rabat).
7- Mr. Mohamed ELALAWI, élève au baccalauréat Lettres
8- Mr. Brahim ELGHORABI, élève au baccalauréat Lettres
9- Mr. Elwali ZAZE, étudiant en 1ère année droit
Marrakech :
La cour de première instance de Marrakech a reporté le jugement des étudiants sahraouis au 25 mai 2007. Les étudiants sahraouis, détenu lors des évènements récents qui ont eu lieu à l’Université Aqady Ayad, avaient comparu hier, vendredi 18 mai 2007, devant cette cour.

1- Mlle. Sultana KHAYA, élève au centre culturel américain
2- Mr. Abdelfatah ELYADASSIA, étudiant en 2ème année sciences sociales
3- Mr. Embeirik DAH, élève en 6ème année sciences
4- Mr. Mohamed ELAFAWI
5- Mr. Hassan FATEH, étudiant en 1ère année droit
6- Mr. Rachid BENOU, étudiant en 1ère année droit
7- Mr. Mahmoud ELQUETIRI, étudiants en 1ère année droit
Agadir :
Cinq étudiants sahraouis, détenus dans la prison locale d’Inezgane, mènent une grève de la faim pour le deuxième jour. Ces détenus dénoncent, par leur grève, les conditions inhumaines de leur détention et réclament d’être regroupés et isolés des détenus de droit commun.

Par ailleurs, la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune, prononcera, lundi 21 mai 2007, sa sentence à l’égard du défenseur des droits humains et juriste sahraoui, Coprésidente du CORELSO, Mr. Ennaâma ASFARI. En outre, les deux membres de l’ASVDH, Mr. Brahim SABBAR, secrétaire général, et Mr. Ahmed SBAI, membre du conseil de coordination, comparaîtront mardi 22 mai 2007, devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune.

News of the Sahrawi students
Rabat:
Nine Sahrawi students, in Rabat, were introduced, today, Saturday May 19, 2007, in front of the examining magistrate near the court of first authority. These nine students are charged for armed assembly and destruction of the public goods. The court decided to postpone the judgement to Tuesday 22nd may, 2007.

1- Mr. Mohamed Ali ANDOUR, student of the 2nd year DESA
2- Mr. MoulayAhmed AILLAL, student of the 2nd year Law
3- Mr. Abdati EDEYA, student of the 2nd year Law

5- Mr. Najem ASGHIR student of the 2nd year Law
6- Mr. Lakhlifa ELJANHAWI (ex-politique prisonner, in a visite to Rabat).

8- Mr. Brahim ELGHORABI, baccalauréat student , Lettres

Marrakech:
The court of first authority of Marrakech deferred the judgement of the students sahraouis to May 25, 2007. The students sahraouis, held at the time of the recent events which took place at the University Aqady Ayad, had appeared yesterday, Friday May 18, 2007, before this court.

Five students sahraouis, held in the local prison of Inezgane, carry out a hunger strike for the second day. These prisoners denounce, by their strike, the inhuman conditions of their detention and claim to be gathered and isolated from the ordinary prisoners.

In addition, the Court of Appeal of El-Ayoune, will pronounce, Monday May 21, 2007, its sentence with regard to the defender of the human rights and lawyer sahraoui, Coprésidente of the CORELSO, Mr. Ennaâma ASFARI. Moreover, two members of the ASVDH, Mr. Brahim SABBAR, secretary general, and Mr. Ahmed SBAI, member of the council of coordination, will appear Tuesday May 22, 2007, before the Court of Appeal of El-Ayoune.
