Les 07 défenseurs de droit l’homme reconnu sous le nom Groupe Degja Lachgrar la seule femme entre eux :Brahim Dahanne Dagja Lachgar ,Ahmed Nassiri,Ali Salem Tamek Saleh Lebaihi et Rachid Sghaer qui ont été arrêté le 08/10/2009 à la suite de leurs visite au campement des refugies Sahraouis ont comparé hier le 15/10/2009 devant le juge d’instruction du tribunal d’appellation de Casablanca qui a décidé de les faire comparaitre devant le tribunal militaire vu l’incompétence .Dans l’après midi du même jour ont comparu devant je juge d’instruction du tribunal militaire à Rabat qui les ont interpellé jusqu'à 01 :00 du matin le 16/10/2009. Les 07 détenus ont été ramené à la prison de Sale.
D’après un coup téléphonique de la part de Brahim Dahanne président de l’ASVDH nous a informe qu’ils a avaient passé 08 jours chez la police judiciaire dont trois premiers jours les yeux bondés, des différents services les ont interpellé. Les détenus ont reconnu le commissaire Bahri Hamid ancien vice wali de la sureté nationale à El aaiun
Les détenus ont été accusé par de lourdes charges telle que :
_ Attient à la sureté extérieure de l’Etat…
_ Collaboration avec l’ennemie

The 07 defenders of human rights recognized under the name Group Degja Lachgrar the only woman among them: Brahim Dahanne Dagje Lachgar Ahmed Nassiri, Ali Saleh Salem Tamek Lebaihi and Rachid Sghaer who were arrested on 08.10.2009 after their visit to the Saharawi refugee camps appeared yesterday 15/10/2009 in front of the judge of the court of appeals in Casablanca who decided to make them appear before the military court due to incompetence. In the same day in the afternoon of that same day, they appeared before a military court judge in Rabat who detained them until 01: 00 am on 16/10/2009. The 07 detainees were brought afterwards to the prison of Sale.
According to a sudden call from Brahim Dahanne president ASVDH, he informed us that they had had in the past 08 days at the headquarters of the police. For the first three days they were spent blindfolded. Different services had interrogated them. The seven detainees have recognized Police Commissioner: Hamid Bahri, former deputy wali of national security in El Aaiun.
The detainees were charged of heavy accusations such as:
_ Attempt to threaten the external security of the State ...
_ Collaboration with the enemy.
