En raison de l'arrestation d'un groupe de sept militants sahraouis des droits de l'homme, le jeudi 08/10/2009 à l'aéroport Mohammed V de Casablanca à droite après leur retour d'une visite qu'ils ont fait pour des camps de réfugiés de Tindouf et à l'Algérie, de nombreuses associations se sont rencontrées et formées un nouveau comité pour le soutien des Sahraouis enlevés par le régime marocain.
Les associations sahraouis qui ont signés ce communiqué de presse ont fait une rencontre le samedi 10 Octobre 2009 à El-Ayoune - Sahara Occidental, dans laquelle elle ont discutés les récentes actualités dangereux surtout celles liées à l'arrestation des défenseurs des droits de l'homme : Mme Degja Lachgar, Mr Brahim Dahan, Mr Hamadi Nasiri , Mr Ali Salem Tamek, Mr Tarouzi Yahdih, Mr Rachid Sghayer et Mr Saleh Lbaihi ainsi que l'interdiction du voyage d'un autre groupe qui comprenait cinq autres militants: Mr Sidi Mohamed DADACH, Mr Sbaii Ahmed, Mr El-ArbiI masod, Mr Atikou Baray et El-Ismaili Brahim Qui étaient entravé de se rendre en Mauritanie le Mardi 06 octobre dernier.
Les arrestations et le harcèlement continu lorsque l’activiste sahraouis Mlle Sultana Khaya a été interdit de voyager vers l'Espagne pour son continuer son traitement médical.
Lors de cette réunion, les associations et les comités, mentionnés dans ce document d'annoncer la fondation et la création d'un nouveau comité appelé «Comité pour le Groupe Lachgar Dagja".

Due to the arrest of a group of seven Sahrawi human rights activists on Thursday, 08/10/2009 at Mohammed V airport in Casablanca right after their return from a visit they made to Tindouf Refugees Camps and to Algeria, many associations have met and formed a new committee for the support of the Sahrawis abducted by the Moroccan regime.
The Saharwi associations signing this press release held a meeting Saturday, 10 October 2009 in El-Aaiun – Western Sahara, in which it discussed the recent dangerous developments especially those related to the arrest of the human rights defenders Degja Lachgar, Brahim Dahan, Hamadi Nasiri , Ali Salem Tamek , Tarouzi Yahdih,Yahdih Tarouzi, Rachid Sghayer and Saleh Lbaihi as well as the prohibition of another group that included five other activists: Sidi Mohamed Dadach , Sbaii Ahmed El-ArbiI Masod , Atikou Baray and El-Ismaili Brahim Who were hindered to go to Mauritania last Tuseday.
The arrests and harassment continued when the Sahrawi activis:t Seltana Khaya was banned from traveling to Spain for her medical treatment.
In this meeting, the associations and committees, mentioned herein, have agreed to announce the founding and the establishment of a new committee called "Committee for the Dagja Lachgar Group”.
