Grève de la faim à la Prison Noire et agression contre Mr. DADACH
Le prisonnier politique sahraoui, Mr. Abderrahman ZIWANI, mènera une grève de la faim illimitée, à partir de Jeudi 10 juillet 2008, pour revendiquer ses droits légitimes, notamment: être considéré en tant que prisonnier politique, le regrouper avec les prisonniers politiques sahraouis, réception des journaux et livres, permettre à sa famille et amis de lui rendre visite.
Nous rappelons que les forces de police marocaines ont arrêtées, vendredi 6 juin 2008, le citoyen sahraoui, Mr. Abderrahman ZAWANI au Café Boufous à Tarfaya. Certains témoins ont indiqué que dix des gendarmes ont arrêtés Mr. ZAWAN (26 ans), et ils l’ont agressé dans la rue, avant qu’il soit transféré dans une situation critique au siège de la police judiciaire d’El-Ayoune, et il est censé être poursuit en justice sous l’inculpation d’agression contre le Pacha de Tarfaya à la suite de manifestations organisées le mois dernier dans la même ville.
D’autre part, l’ancien prisonnier politique et président du CODAPSO (Comité Sahraoui pour le Soutien à l’Autodétermination du Peuple du Sahara Occidental), Mr. Sidi Mohamed DADACH, a été agressé et insulté hier, mardi 8 juillet 2008, devant la cour d’appel d’El-Ayoune, par les agents de la police marocaine. Mr. DADACH qui voulait assister au procès de cinq prisonniers politiques sahraouis a été également empêché d’accéder à l’intérieur du tribunal.

Unlimited hunger strike at the Black Prison and aggression against Mr. DADACH
The Sahrawi political prisoner, Mr. Abderrahman ZIWANI, will lead an unlimited hunger strike, from Thursday, July 10, 2008, to claim his legitimate rights, including: to be regarded as a political prisoner, to gather him with the Sahrawi political prisoners, receipt of newspapers and books, allow his family and friends to visit him.
We recall that the Moroccan police have arrested, Friday, June 6, 2008, the Saharawi citizen, Mr. Abderrahman ZAWANI from the Café Boufous in Tarfaya. Some witnesses reported that ten gendarmes have arrested Mr. ZAWAN (26 years), and they attacked him in the street, before his is transferred in a critical situation to the headquarters of the Judicial Police of El-Ayoune, and his is supposed to be pursued on charges of aggression against the Pasha of Tarfaya following the demonstrations stroke last month in the same city.
On the other hand, the former political prisoner and chairman of CODAPSO (Saharawi Committee for the Support for Self-determination of the People of Western Sahara), Mr. Sidi Mohamed DADACH, was attacked and insulted yesterday, Tuesday, July 8, 2008, before the appellate court in El-Ayoune by officials of the Moroccan police. Mr. DADACH who wanted to attend the trial of five Sahrawi political prisoners was also prevented from accessing inside the court.
