Comparution de SABBAR Brahim et SBAI Ahmed, devant le juge d’instruction
Les deux défenseurs sahraouis des droits humains, SABBAR Brahim, secrétaire général de l’ASVDH, et SBAI Ahmed, membre du conseil de coordination de l’ASVDH, comparaîtrons, demain, lundi 13 novembre 2006, devant le juge d’instruction auprès de la cour du deuxième degré, sur la base de fausses charges.
Nous rappelons que SABBAR et SBAI, ainsi que HADDI Ahmed Mahmoud et son frère HADDI Mohamed Lamine, avaient été arrêté le 17 juin 2006, lors de retour de la ville de Boujdour, Sahara Occidental, où ils avaient supervisé la constitution d’un comité local de la section de l’ASVDH. SABBAR Brahim, avait été jugé dans un premier procès en compagnie des deux frère HADDI et son condamné à trois ans de prison ferme pour HADDI Ahmed Mahmoud, deux ans de prison ferme pour SABBAR Brahim et un an avec sursis pour HADDI Mohamed Lamine. SABBAR s’attend donc à un deuxième procès en compagnie de SBAI Ahmed.

Appearance of SABBAR Brahim and SBAI Ahmed,
before the examining magistrate
The two Sahrawi human rights defenders, SABBAR Brahim, secretary general of the ASVDH, and SBAI Ahmed, member of the council of coordination of the ASVDH, will appear, tomorrow, Monday November 13, 2006, before the examining magistrate near the court of the second degree, on the basis of false charges.
We recall that SABBAR and SBAI, as well as HADDI Ahmed Mahmoud and his brother HADDI Mohamed Lamine, had been stopped on June 17, 2006, at their return from the town of Boujdour, Western Sahara, where they had supervised the constitution of a local committee of the section of the ASVDH. SABBAR Brahim, had been judged in a first lawsuit in company of both brother HADDI who were condemned to three years of firm prison for HADDI Ahmed Mahmoud, two years of firm prison for SABBAR Brahim and a year with deferment for HADDI Mohamed Lamine. SABBAR thus expects a second lawsuit in company of SBAI Ahmed.
